PORTAGE – John Charles Bluemke, 76, of Montello, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Sauk Prairie Healthcare, in Prairie du Sac.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on July 30, 2026, at Pflanz Mendrala Funeral Home, in Portage. Military Honors will be provided by Portage American Legion Honor Guard at the funeral home.
