Amy Elizabeth Dolato

LYNDON STATION / PORTAGE – Amy Elizabeth Dolato, age 42, of Lyndon Station, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in Portage, unexpectedly. Amy was born on September 24, 1982, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the daughter of Jeffrey and Mary (Connell) Dolato.

She graduated from the Challenge Academy, in 2000, with honors. She enjoyed playing softball, coaching youth softball, gardening, cooking, canning, and restoring furniture.  In recent years, she worked as a sales representative for Magic Glass, a company located in Austin, Texas. She will be remembered for her soft heart and her hard work ethic.

Amy is lovingly remembered by her mother, Mary Schneller, of Portage; her partner, Andy Leak, of Lyndon Station; her cherished children, Carter, Daytona, and Bronx. Her loving sisters, Sarah (Jon) Dolato, Katie (Anthony) Dolato, Anna (Jeff) Clausen, Teasha (Nathan) Reppenhagen, and Patty Schneller. She is further remembered by her favorite niece, Payton (Kaden), many nephews, aunts, uncles, friends, and close friends Todd Zick and Kim Melger.

Amy was preceded in death by her father, Jeffrey; stepfather, Thomas Schneller; sister, Abigail; and her grandparents.

A remembrance will be held at a later date.
