Philip S. Leslie

PORTAGE – Philip S. Leslie, age 44, of Portage, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at his home.

Philip was born on September 18, 1977, in Chicago, the son of Frank and Rosemarie (Osquino) Leslie. He  is survived by his mother, Rosemarie;  his sister, Janet Leslie; other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father.  

A Memorial Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage.  Inurnment will be private.
