Sophia Sue Fleischhacker

It is with extreme sadness and heavy hearts that Ryan and Kourtney Fleischhacker announce both the arrival and passing of their beautiful daughter Sophia Sue Fleischhacker.

Sophia Sue was born August 6th, 2022, at 2:53 AM and called to her eternal life to be with the Lord. Although this is the most painful and unimaginable time for our family, we are confident that our Sophie Sue is surrounded by love with her many relatives and special women to include her great-great grandmothers, her great grandmothers and great aunt. We are confident she is in the best hands and know we will meet again someday.

She is survived by her parents, Ryan and Kourtney Fleischhacker; her sister, Seanna Fleischhacker; her
paternal grandparents, Ron and Sue Fleischhacker;  her maternal grandparents, Dave and Kim Knapp and Daniel and Debra Zenk; her Aunt Rebecca (Nick) Clendenning; her Aunt Danisa Zenk; her Uncle Kyle (Melissa) Zenk; and many other special relatives.

We ask that you all hug each other a little tighter in these days to come and never take a moment for granted.

As Ryan and I try to manage the unforeseen days to come we want to thank everyone in advance for all your love, words and for simply just being there. It’s each and every one of you that will get us through the hardest days of our lives.

Ryan and I would like to thank the entire team at Prairie Ridge Health- Columbus. The entire staff team there was able to keep us comfortable and guide us through the days we never thought would ever be. Without any of them we are uncertain as to how we would even begin to cope and process.

To our parents: for being there from the minute our world flipped upside down and never missing another moment. We simply could not get through this without each of you by our sides with the continued support.

To the rest of our family and friends for being there and offering your love and support. Your presence and words are truly what we need most right now.

To our beloved Sophia Sue Fleischhacker, Mommy, Daddy and big sister Seanna love you more than words can describe and will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you again in Heaven.

“There is no footprint too small to leave an imprint on this world.”
