Ryan Michael McWilliams

PORTAGE – Ryan Michael McWilliams passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at his home in Portage. 

Ryan was born on October 8, 1999 in Madison, the son of Michael and Kathleen (Donohue) McWilliams, Jr.  He graduated from Portage Academy in 2017.  Ryan had worked at J&J River’s Bend in Montello and the Best Western in Portage.  Ryan loved his family, his brothers and sisters.  He was a very loving, caring guy.  If you were down, he could feel it and would try to bring a laugh out of you naturally.  He loved skateboarding and riding bikes.

He is survived by his parents, Mike and Kathy McWilliams; his fiancé, Kayla Whitney Zuchowski and his future son; his brother and sisters, Haley Marie Michelle (Randy Schultz) Grotzke, Stephen Lee Buchanan “Bucky” (Jessica Pellegrin) and Kylee Marie McWilliams; his grandparents, Patricia H. Griffith Mitchell and  Marilyn McWilliams; his nephews, Branton Peterson, and Keenan Schultz and his niece, Athena Marie McWilliams, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.  Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Michael McWilliams, William Mitchell, Neil O. and Patricia A. Donohue.   

A Celebration of Life will be held at J&J River’s Bend, W2614 Fox Lane, Montello.  Date and Time to be determined.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ryan’s family for a fund for his soon to be born child.
