Michael L. Olson

CAMBRIA  --  Michael L. Olson, age 60, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, at his home in Cambria.

Mick was born on December 17, 1955, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Ernest and Mary (Dresen) Olson.  Mick loved bowling, fishing, and spending time with his family. 

Mick is survived by his children, Trisha (Nathan) Campbell, Bryan Olson, and Carley Olson; Joe Eckert; his grandchildren, Noah, Haydin, and Lucas Campbell; his brothers and sisters, Mark (Sherill) Olson, David Olson, Sandy (Butch) Schaefer, and Jodie Eckert, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister and her husband, Sheila (Ron) Starkey, his brother, Danny Olson, and his sister-in-law, Jaye Olson.   

A celebration of Mick’s life will be held at a later date.  The Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage is assisting the family.
