Timothy J. “Buzzy” Wilson

PORTAGE  --  Timothy J. “Buzzy” Wilson, age 34, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at his home in Portage.

Tim was born on November 19, 1980 in Portage, the son of Brad Wilson and Ann Van Bree.  He enjoyed golfing and fishing, and loved to play cards.  Tim graduated from Portage High School in 2000.

Survivors include his father, Brad Wilson, Portage;  his mother, Ann (Jerry Hinz) Van Bree, Baraboo;  two brothers, Tadd (Angie) Wilson, Blaine, MN and Matthew Nelson, Madison;  his grandmother, RoseMary (Jay) West, Baraboo;  other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Marlene Wilson, and Kenneth Van Bree;  and two uncles, James Wilson and Chris Orenic.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2015 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Portage, with Pastor Kurt Klingbeil officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday at the church.
