Cody James Brue

POYNETTE  --  Cody James Brue, age 27, of Poynette, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015.

Cody was born on November 4, 1987, in Madison, the son of Jeff and Darci (Jarvis) Brue.  He enjoyed his dirt bike, corresponding with his friends and family on Facebook, RC cars, and collecting his magic cards.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Darci Brue; his grandparents, Lloyd and Gay Jarvis; his brother, Joel C. White II; his nieces, Saraphin J. White and Lydia J. Morris, all of Poynette, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Martha Brue.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Poynette, with Fr. Paul Eruva presiding.  Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established by the family.

The Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette is assisting the family.
