Patricia R. Wolf

PORTAGE  --  Patricia R. Wolf, age 81, of Portage, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her home.

She was born on June 28, 1931 in Tomah, Wisconsin, the daughter of Frank and Gladys (Warren) Gray.  Patricia was married on September 9, 1973 to William Wolf.

Patricia is survived by her husband, William;  three children, Harold (Peggy) Heath, Poynette, Diana (Robert) Kiefer, Pardeeville, and Randy (Mary) Heath, Oregon, WI,;  her son-in-law, Chris Livesay, Hawaii;  special daughter, Christine (Arthur) Sebastiani, Montello;  step-son, William “Willie” Wolf, Wyocena;  nine grandchildren, Allen (Amy) Heath, Randee Ann (Ryan) Venee, David (Samantha) Kotula, Dustin Kotula, Ali Heath, Adam Heath, Travis Richards, Harlee Livesay, and Desi Livesay;  ten great-grandchildren;  nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Amber Livesay, her brothers, John, Harvey, Frank and Arthur Gray, her sister, Roberta Horton, and her lifelong friend, Helen Cottini. 

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with the Rev. David Hankins officiating.  Burial will follow in Silver Lake Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
