Judith J. Graham

PORTAGE  --  Judith J. Graham, age 76, of Portage, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at her home.

Judith was born on August 21, 1936 in Portage, the daughter of James and Thelma (Smith) Graham.  She had worked for the Upjohn Company, for 35 years before she retired.  Judith enjoyed needle-point, knitting, crocheting and gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Robyn Holmes;  her sister, Joyce (K. W.) Heidenreich;  her brother-in-law, Col. Russell Jorns;  her special friend, Col. LaVerne Griffin;  other relatives and many close friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Donald Graham, and two sisters, Mabel “Midge” Jorns and Betty Whipp.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with the Rev. Tom Countryman officiating.  Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
