Virginia A. Hustad “Ginny”

 

LAKE WISCONSIN  --  Virginia A. Hustad “Ginny”, 93, of Lake Wisconsin passed away on March 9 2012 at the Columbia Healthcare Center, Wyocena, WI, where she resided for 7 yrs.

Virginia was born May 1, 1918 in Madison, WI, the daughter of Frank and Mary Mosel.  Ginny was employed by Rayovac Corporation, Portage, WI for 10 years prior to her retirement.  Her other places of employment were Kroger's Grocery Store, Truax Field Commissary and Oscar Mayer.  Ginny enjoyed cooking, flowers, birds, playing cards, pool and dice.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Nachreiner (Sharon) of Montello, Michael Nacheriner (Candace) of Black River Falls, and Jay Hustad of Madison;  daughters, Cynthia Nachreiner of Madison and Mary Egan of Neenah.  Ginny has eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, son Patrick, brother Frank, sister Mary and her beloved Richard Tieman “Speed”.

The family would like to thank Columbia Healthcare Center staff for their wonderful care of Ginny. 

A Memorial will be held for family members on May 9, 2012.  The Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage is assisting the family.
