Robert W. Georgeson

PORTAGE –  Robert W. Georgeson, age 53, died on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at his home in Portage.

Bob/Bobby was born on October 18, 1958, in Aurora, Illinois, the son of Robert and Patricia Georgeson.  He enjoyed motorcycles, working on cars, fishing and playing with his children and grandchildren.  

Robert is survived by his mother, Patricia Georgeson, Adams, his fiancé, Beverly Norton, Portage, his sons, Jason (Maria) Weaver, Adams, James (Brittina) Georgeson, Adams, and Jonathon Georgeson, Portage; his daughters, Chrissy (Rick) Harvey, Portage, Melissa (Nick) Tuinstra, Berlin, Rachel (Harley Hinz) Georgeson, Adams, Jessica (Julian) Georgeson, Adams, and Brittnay Georgeson, Portage; seven granddaughters; five grandsons; his brothers, Duane (Jan) Georgeson, Grand Marsh, and Roy (Carol) Georgeson, Baraboo; his sisters, Dorothy (Art) Gum, Adams, Patty (Travis) Adams, Grand Marsh, Penny (Tom) Dyke, Grand Marsh, Melody (Don) Cook, Baraboo, and Doreen (Norman) Myer, Grand Marsh, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert, his daughter, Patricia, his son, Robert, his brother, Randy and his nephews, Brian and Kenny.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage.  Inurnment will be private.
