Phyllis J. Grimm

PORTAGE  --  Phyllis J. Grimm, age 76, died on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Divine Savior Healthcare, in Portage.

Phyllis was born on October 17, 1934, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Paul and Mary Nickrant Okoniecki.  She married Ronald Grimm on November 7, 1959.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Dale Grimm, Adams, David (Melinda) Grimm, Portage, and Duane (Lisa) Grimm, Portage; eleven grandchildren, Thomas Grimm, Scott Grimm, Patrick and Andrea Grimm, Gabrielle Grimm, Ronald Grimm, Russell Grimm, Duane Grimm, Jr., David Grimm, Zachary Grimm, and Evan Grimm; several great-grandchildren; her sister, Dolores (Norbert) Olwell, Sarasota, Fl., other relatives and friends.  Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Ronald.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2011, at Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with Fr. Jim Murphy presiding.  Inurnment will be held at a later date in Oak Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home, where a scripture service will be held at 4:45 p.m.
