PORTAGE  -- Noah James Stofflet, was born an angel on Sunday December 12, 2010, at Meriter Hospital, in Madison. 

Noah is survived by his parents Erin Daley and Craig Stofflet.

Services will be private.

A memorial fund has been established by the family.
