MADISON  /  PORTAGE  –  Twyla M. Smith, age 83, of Portage, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at the Hospice Care, Inc. in Fitchburg.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Portage, with Fr. Jim Murphy presiding.  Private inurnment will be held at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the church.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care, Inc., Madison, St. Mary Catholic Church, Portage, or St. George Catholic Church, Apache Junction, Arizona.
