Edward W. Duell

 

PORTAGE  –  Edward W. Duell, age 77, of Portage, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2010 at Divine Savior Healthcare Hospital.

Edward was born on January 2, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Sidney and Alice (Evoy) Duell, Sr.  He lived at Lake Place Group Home in Portage, and worked at Northwoods Inc. of Wisconsin and Associated Bank. 

He is survived by his sister, Lucy (Douglas) Dewsnap, Endeavor, Sidney (Alison) Duell, Jr., Emerado, North Dakota, and Charles Duell, Pardeeville;  five nephews, Douglas (Jan) Dewsnap, Jr., Portage, Steven (Heidi) Dewsnap, Madison, Charles Duell, Aberdeen, South Dakota, William Duell, Portage, and Cory (Jennifer) Carivau, Grand Forks, North Dakota;  other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and a niece, Jennifer Ann Duell.

Services will be private with Dr. Steven Corbett, Grace Bible Church, officiating.

Memorials may be made to Lake Place Group Home in Portage.
