Linda  A. Olson

POYNETTE  -- Linda  A. Olson, age 51, died on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Divine Savior Healthcare Hospital in Portage.

Linda was born on March 31, 1958 in Reedsburg, WI, the daughter of Merton and Beaulah (Fry) Dunham.  She married Rick Olson on March 25, 1977.  Linda was employed at the Bank of Poynette for nine years, and currently worked at WPS in Madison. 

She is survived by her husband, Rick, Poynette; her son, Charles Olson, Baraboo, her daughter, Melissa (Donald) Young, Columbus, a grandchild on the way; her father, Merton Dunham, Chicago, her brother Randy Dunham, Arizona, her sisters, Brenda Dunham, Mauston, and Cindy (Vincent) Christian, Mauston; nieces and nephews, Theresa, Michael, Nicole, and Matthew; her mother-in-law, Tillie Olson, Baraboo.  Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Beaulah Fry Skinner, her grandparents, Lester and Lucy Fry, and Phyllis and William Dunham, and her father-in-law, Ralph Olson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette with Fr. Ray Dischler officiating.  Inurnment will be private.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to the time of the service, on Friday, at the funeral home.
