Thomas S. Kemp, M.D.

POYNETTE – Thomas S. Kemp passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at his home.

Tom was a Doctor of Dermatology and spent his professional career at the Tenney Building on the square in Madison.  Tom loved his home in rural Poynette surrounded by nature and his love of gardening.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Poynette on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 am, with Fr. Balaraju Eturi presiding.  Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Poynette.  Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am.
