Jeffrey P. Kelley "Jack"

POYNETTE— On February 24, 2018 Jeffrey P. Kelley “Jack”, 60, passed away peacefully at his home with his loving wife by his side. 

Jeff was born on October 10, 1957 in Madison, the son of John and Mary Ann (Martig) Kelley. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all. He enjoyed spending time outside and always found projects to keep him busy. He could fix anything! He loved attending Brewers games, grilling with family and friends and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He found joy in helping others and taught us all how to be a little bit stronger just for having him a part of our lives. 

He is survived by his wife Vicky, his daughters Nicole (Daniel), Michelle (Kory) and Erin (Justin), his sons Carl, William (Melissa) and Tim, his grandkids Kayla, Cody, Caden, Lexi, Leah, Jase, Connor, Kelby, Kiera, Kameryn, Noah and Andy, his siblings Marcia (Steve), Tim (Rhonda), Carla (Paul), Chris (Luann), Diane and Diane, his In-laws April (Dave), Laureen (Todd) and Bobby, his father-in-law Monte, many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and his best friend Daisy Mae. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers, one sister, his mother-in-law and brother-in-law.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held at the Poynette Village Hall located at 106 South Main Street in Poynette, WI on March 17th, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please come dressed in your best Packer, Badger or Brewers gear. 

A special thank you to Kelly Neuhauser for going out of her way to make Jeff look his best. Also to Julie and Heather Showers, Amanda Wilke, Amy Feller and all the Heartland Nurses and staff who helped Jeff spend his concluding days in peace, at home where he wanted to be.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice Care, 2810 Crossroads Dr., Suite 1900, Madison, WI 53718-7942
