Arthur R. Trimble

ENDEAVOR / PACKWAUKEE / PORTAGE  --  Arthur R. Trimble, age 61, of Dekorra Township, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014.

Art was born on November 14, 1953, in Portage, the son of Raymond “Bill” and Ann (Herman) Trimble. He held various jobs and worked at Rocky’s Auto Salvage. Art loved anything mechanical from cars and trucks to boats. He enjoyed fishing and camping.

He is survived by his children, Pete (Kelly) Trimble, Portage, Seth Jessup, Madison, Tyler Trimble, Packwaukee, Makayla Trimble, Portage; granddaughter, Ashley; grandson, Cooper; great-grandchildren, Logan and Makinlee; brothers, Curt (Joan) Trimble, Chet (Teresa) Trimble, Victor (Vickie) Trimble; sister, Carol (Bill) McConochie; sister-in-law, Judy Trimble; nieces, nephews and his “Junkyard’ family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Ann Trimble, brother, Chuck Trimble and infant granddaughter, Kaylee Ann Trimble.

Memorial services will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with Rev. Julie Wilson officiating. Inurnment will be private at Underhill Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
