Cynthia M. “Cindy” Gill

BELVIDERE, IL / MADISON, WI  --  Cynthia M. “Cindy” Gill, age 46, of Belvidere, Illinois, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014 at her home.

Cindy was born on April 18, 1967 in Madison, the daughter of Thomas and Sharon (Wood) Baukin.  She was married on March 9, 1996 in Woodstock, Illinois to Eric L. Gill.  Cindy had worked as a fitness trainer and in sales.  She had a vibrant personality and loved spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her husband, Eric;  her children, Samantha and Michael;  her dad, Thomas Baukin;  her sisters, Christine (fiancé, Bob Saftig) Baukin, Tammy (Eric) Fisher, and Diane (Michael) Markgraf;  her mother-in-law, Marianne (Dan) Wood;  her father-in-law, Gary (Lee Ecklund) Gill;  her sisters-in-law, Karen (Alejandro) Muñoz and Shannon (Bill) Mobley.  Cindy was dearly loved by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette, with the Rev. Marion Hendrickson officiating.  Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cindy’s name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
