Edward M. Ceizyk

PORTAGE  --   Edward M. Ceizyk, age 77, of Portage passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014  at his home in Portage.

Edward was born on December 31, 1936 in Kenosha, the son of Stanley and Teofila (Klosek) Ceizyk. He worked the first half of his adult life in the banking industry, starting as a teller and working up to vice president. Following retirement, he worked as head of sales for Decra-Led Corp. He finished his working career driving for Adessa.

He is survived by his children, Lenore Ceizyk, Dayton, OH, Michelle Ceizyk, Janesville, Micheal Ceizyk, Beaver Dam, Alicia Kuhn-Weyer, Portage, Damian (Joy) Weyer, Lodi; foster son, Michael (Tonya) Long, Rio; his grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Emilie Gerou, and his wife, Lynn Ceizyk,   his brothers and sisters, Stanley, Casey, Ted, John, Jean, and Elizabeth.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with Rev. Mike Gormican officiating. Inurnment will be private. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage.
